The poolside service from Ricardo and Eusebio made our days relaxing, and I enjoyed the delicious coffee from the café paired with ice cream every afternoon — a perfect treat in the heat.

the food was completely unclear, with key ingredients absent from menus. who knew my veggie dish featured beef! also, the pool was a hazard, and tiles missing ruined my stay, injuries aside, i thought as a distinct guest, some sort of upgrade would have been offered, but clearly, that was too much to ask for. just couldn't give good stars here.

The service was off the charts. Lynne, our butler, went above and beyond, always checking in with us. Loved the coffee shop staff too. they made my mornings special with their friendly smiles. Gotta say, I could’ve spent the whole day enjoying that pool with the fantastic view!

We enjoyed a variety of activities, from the beautiful beach to the fun pool games tailored for families. The staff was engaging and truly made our stay memorable, especially when they organized crafts for the kids by the pool area.

For dads, it would be great to see more kid-friendly options in the evening.

The Junior Suite had a lovely view and was well-appointed. The beach area and pools were great for relaxation (the sun loungers were perfect! ). The staff was attentive, especially at the bars, making for enjoyable evenings.

The pool area could use some maintenance, as there were some missing tiles.

We had an upscale room with a great view from the balcony, it was really something special. I loved the ice cream at the shop, it became my daily ritual every evening. The staff was incredibly attentive, especially at the pool, they were always smiling and making sure we were taken care of.

It wasn't cheap but for what you get it was acceptable.
